Acceptable Use

You agree to use AppealFlow.net only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in generated appeal letters
• Use the Service to harass insurers, universities, or other parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
• Use automated bots to generate letters in bulk without permission
• Resell or redistribute generated letters as a commercial product without authorization

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Appeal letters are generated using large language models (LLMs), including OpenAI's GPT-4o. All generated content must be reviewed, edited, and verified by you before submission to insurance carriers, financial aid offices, or any other institution. AppealFlow.net does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of any generated letter.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. We strongly recommend having a licensed attorney, medical advocate, or financial aid counselor review your letter for complex cases.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Using AppealFlow.net does not guarantee that your appeal will be approved. Appeal outcomes depend on your insurer's policies, the strength of your documentation, applicable law, and many other factors outside our control.

Intellectual Property

The AppealFlow.net website, branding, and underlying technology are owned by AppealFlow.net. Generated appeal letters are yours to use, edit, and submit for your personal purposes.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPEALFLOW.NET AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF FUNDS, DENIED CLAIMS, OR MISSED APPEAL DEADLINES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS (WHICHEVER IS GREATER — NOTE: THE SERVICE IS FREE, SO THIS AMOUNT IS ZERO).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppealFlow.net from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Account Terms

Optional free accounts are provided via email magic link. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Modifications
